These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of the digital eBook 30 Raag — Detailed Raag Parichay & Notation (30 प्रमुख रागों — विस्तृत परिचय एवं स्वर-लिपि, the "eBook"), sold by The Flute Room ("we", "us" or "our"). By purchasing the eBook you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.
The eBook is a digital product: an educational reference covering 30 Raags of Hindustani classical music, with Raag Parichay (introduction) and swar-lipi (notation), and a "How to Read" section explaining the notation.
The eBook is a handwritten educational reference and notation resource. It is not a course in playing or singing technique for any particular instrument. The Raag information and notation it contains reflect the author's teaching approach; different gharanas, teachers and books may present some Raags, compositions or notation differently.
Being handwritten, the pages have the natural character of hand-written notes. We aim for the material to be clear and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is free of every error. If you notice a mistake, please let us know.
The price is ₹999 (Indian Rupees), payable once. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Your purchase is confirmed only after the payment has been successfully verified with Razorpay.
If a payment status is unclear (for example, money was debited but you did not reach the download page), please do not pay again. Contact us with your Payment ID or the email/phone number used, and we will verify the transaction.
After successful payment, access to the eBook is provided through a Google Drive download link, displayed on the purchase confirmation page and/or sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Please make sure the email address you enter is correct. We recommend downloading a copy of the eBook to your own device.
"Lifetime access" means a one-time payment with no renewals or subscription, and that we intend to keep the eBook available to you through the download link for as long as The Flute Room operates this product. If the link ever stops working or the delivery method has to change (for example, due to a change by Google), we will provide access to the same eBook through another reasonable method when you contact us with your purchase details. Lifetime access does not include future editions or other products unless we choose to provide them.
On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, view and print the eBook for your own personal learning. You may not:
We may restrict or revoke access to the download link if we reasonably believe it has been shared or misused, without refund.
The eBook — including its handwritten pages, arrangement, explanations and notation as presented — and the website content, cover design and branding are owned by or licensed to The Flute Room and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Traditional Raags and compositions belong to the heritage of Hindustani classical music; our rights relate to this eBook's handwritten presentation, selection and arrangement. Buying the eBook does not transfer any ownership of intellectual property to you.
Because the eBook is a digital product delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable once completed, except where required by applicable law or in cases of payment errors such as duplicate charges. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
If you do not receive the download link, the link does not open, or you face any other technical problem accessing the eBook after a successful payment, contact us by WhatsApp or email with your Payment ID or purchase details. After verifying your purchase we will re-send the link or help you access the eBook. A delivery or access problem never requires you to pay again for the same purchase.

Support does not include personal music lessons, tutoring, individual feedback on your practice, or detailed teaching of the Raags. We try to reply as soon as reasonably possible, but response times are not guaranteed.
The eBook is a learning resource. We do not guarantee that you will master any Raag, reach any particular level of ability, or pass any examination by using it. Your progress depends on your own practice, guidance and effort.
To the extent permitted by law, The Flute Room's total liability in connection with the eBook is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
